Vicki Pero, principal at a national parking management consultancy, has more than 19 years of experience in parking industry work for national operators in both Operations and Administrative business units. She previously had overall responsibility for a regional territory comprised of 80 locations across five cities, designing training solutions, developing and leading a policy and procedure program, and creating and leading a company’s Field Audit function.
Pero is active in the International Parking Institute, where she currently serves as a member of the Education Development Committee and is a member of the Women in Parking Association.
