Susi Rowe serves as Vice President of Sustainability for Green Courte Partners, where she is responsible for all sustainability efforts relating to the firm’s portfolio of assets in both the land-lease/manufactured housing community and parking sectors.
In addition to her work with GBCI, Rowe serves as Green Courte’s representative with the Real Estate Roundtable’s Sustainability Policy Advisory Committee. She also is a member of the Urban Land Institute, where she focuses on sustainability best practices.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Purdue University as well as a Master of Management (MBA) from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
