Vicki Pero, principal at a national parking management consultancy, has more than 19 years of experience in parking industry work for national operators in both Operations and Administrative business units. She previously had overall responsibility for a regional territory comprised of 80 locations across five cities, designing training solutions, developing and leading a policy and procedure program, and creating and leading a company’s Field Audit function.

Susi Rowe serves as Vice President of Sustainability for Green Courte Partners, where she is responsible for all sustainability efforts relating to the firm’s portfolio of assets in both the land-lease/manufactured housing community and parking sectors.
