Joachim Hauser, Director BMW Mobility Services is responsible for business- and product-development of BMW’s latest business unit, targeting sustainable and innovative urban mobility solutions. With a focus on leading edge navigation- and location-based services, Hauser is helping drive BMW’s initiative within the global parking market. A designer engineer for Porsche after earning his mechanical engineering degree, Hauser moved to new market and solutions development at IBM. Hauser became one of IBM's first certified business consultants.

Laura Longsworth

Laura Longsworth is the Senior Vice President of Parking Operations for Brookfield Properties. Longsworth has furthered Brookfield Properties commitment to sustainability, environmental friendliness and technological advancement for the company's parking operations. Longsworth has over 30 years of parking industry experience, including 18 years with Brookfield. She is the Chairperson of the Woman in Parking Association, and an active member of both the National Parking Association and the International Parking Institute.

He has focused on building teams and replicable process-based programs while driving regional and global Class A office, retail, hospitality and airport projects. Prior to joining Park Assist, Martin provided leadership and developed national account project management and support programs in multiple start-ups and with leading PARCS manufacturers Amano McGann and Scheidt and Bachmann USA.

Vicki Pero

Vicki Pero, principal at a national parking management consultancy, has more than 19 years of experience in parking industry work for national operators in both Operations and Administrative business units. She previously had overall responsibility for a regional territory comprised of 80 locations across five cities, designing training solutions, developing and leading a policy and procedure program, and creating and leading a company’s Field Audit function.

Susi Rowe

Susi Rowe serves as Vice President of Sustainability for Green Courte Partners, where she is responsible for all sustainability efforts relating to the firm’s portfolio of assets in both the land-lease/manufactured housing community and parking sectors. In addition to her work with GBCI, Rowe serves as Green Courte’s representative with the Real Estate Roundtable’s Sustainability Policy Advisory Committee. She also is a member of the Urban Land Institute, where she focuses on sustainability best practices.

John Schmid

She served as editor for multiple publications, including a volume on sustainability and parking design entitled “Sustainable Parking Design and Management: A Practitioner’s Handbook” and the recent release of “A Guide to Parking,” a new textbook for the industry, and contributed as an author to the chapter addressing sustainability.
